He narrowly defeated his competition with second place coming in at 18lbs and 6.4oz!

UPDATE: Winston has been returned! He arrived in an Uber, solo, at 8pm! We appreciate everyone sharing this post and helping bring Winston home!! Our taxidermy fox, Winston, was stolen from our 1933 Lounge last Friday night. We have surveillance video of the perpetrators and are offering a $250 gift card for information leading to the safe return of our beloved friend. Should the perpetrators bring him back unharmed, no hard feelings, we will celebrate his return with a round of drinks on the house.

Every year it's our privilege to recognize our team members for their years of service at St. Elmo. This year we had 6 individuals hit their 20 year anniversary with us and join our "20 Plus Year Club." We created this video to honor their tenure and welcome them to the club! As many of you know, our longest-tenured server, Lorenzo Acuna, recently retired from St. Elmo after 42 years. We created a video to play at his retirement party and would like to share it with all of you as well. Cheers, Lorenzo! You will forever be a part of our St. Elmo family!
A legend has retired. On Saturday, after 42 years of stewardship, Lorenzo Acuna waited on his last table at St. Elmo. It was our honor and privilege to have such hard working and dedicated person on our team who was so well respected and loved by all. We first met Nick Offerman during the filming of Ron Swanson’s bachelor party for the series Parks and Recreation when they filmed his dinner at St. Elmo Steak House. Now 5 years later, the mutual respect has continued to endure. Cheers Nick!
